Greek Yogurt Parfait with Mixed Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup granola (preferably homemade or low-sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • Fresh fruits (optional, such as strawberries, blueberries, or sliced banana)

Instructions:

  1. In a clear glass or jar, start with a layer of Greek yogurt, covering the bottom (about 1/3 of the cup).
  2. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt, spreading it evenly.
  3. Sprinkle a portion of mixed nuts over the granola.
  4. Drizzle with a bit of honey to lightly sweeten.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with some nuts and an extra drizzle of honey.
  6. Optionally, top with fresh fruits for added color and flavor.
